The app is a paper-trading simulation and education product. It lets you follow futures traders with broker-confirmed records, simulate investing with paper money, and study for the Series 3 exam. No real money can be invested through the app.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to manipulate records, or violate these terms.
Trader records are computed from broker-supplied data under the trader's authorization. We work to keep them accurate but rely on data as reported by brokers; records may be adjusted if a broker corrects its data. Strategy details are intentionally concealed to protect traders.
Two optional subscriptions are offered: the Series 3 Academy and Profile Links. Both renew automatically each month until cancelled, and neither is required to use the app. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are sold and billed by Apple to your Apple Account; renewal, price changes and cancellation are handled in your App Store subscription settings, and cancelling at least 24 hours before a period ends stops the next charge. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and part-periods are not refunded by us — refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under its own policies. Prices are shown in your local currency and may differ between countries.
The Series 3 course is educational content, not a guarantee of exam results, and not financial advice. The first module is free with any account; the remaining modules, the question bank and the mock exams require the subscription. The Academy study room is free with any account and is not part of the subscription. Exam enrollment with FINRA and its fee are separate and paid to FINRA, not to us.
Profile Links is an optional subscription that displays links you choose — a channel, site or social account — on your member profile and, if you run one, on your pool. Only supported platforms are accepted, and the address must be on the platform you select. Links that solicit investment, offer signals, or promise returns are removed under Acceptable use, with no refund for the remaining period. The subscription affects presentation only: it changes nothing about your confirmed record or how any figure in the app is computed, and it confers no ranking, placement or endorsement. If the subscription lapses your links stop being displayed; the links you saved are not deleted and are shown again if you resubscribe.
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, misrepresent records, impersonate others, or use the app where prohibited by law. Content in the app is our or our licensors' property; personal, non-commercial use only.
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
